Here's What Community Members Have To Say
Here's What Community Members Have To Say
"I feel a sense of belonging..."
"I can't thank you enough for all you've done. Creating this community has helped me chart a new course in my life. I feel a sense of belonging that is deeply gratifying. A huge thank you to the community as well, for being genuinely supportive, caring and understanding."
"I've learned so much..."
I've been a member since the community started. I highly recommend it. I love that it provides a structure, yet is completely flexible. I've learned so much by reading what other people post. It gives me new perspectives. Alan provides a lot of content and encouraging videos. It most certainly is worth the membership cost. I encourage anyone interested in learning new skills to join us.
"One of the best decisions I’ve ever made..."
"If you’re on the fence about joining this group, please get off it. I have learned so much about myself. Starting with Alan’s videos and then learning by engaging and relevant discussion with other members of the group, I have made great progress. It’s great to be surrounded by people who understand what you’re going through. Alan provides insight and facilitates thoughtful discussions. One of the best decisions I’ve ever made on my journey of repairing myself and learning to manage my emotions."

Emotional Connections Matter!
So, you're interested in our community? That's wonderful. Let me explain what we're all about so you will join us.

If you want to improve your relationships, then you're not alone; many of us do. Many of us are learning the necessary skills to get there. In fact, we've come together as a community of like-minded learners who value an approach of self-directed healing and sharing resources.

We want to talk to others just like you about healing attachment trauma, not picking emotionally unavailable partners, ending codependency, practicing better boundaries, grieving our losses, cultivating self-love, and changing unhealthy family patterns.

This means, we’re making changes and doing things differently. We're exploring how to strengthen secure attachment in our relationships. Do you want to join us? Are you ready to belong to a great group of people who value talking about relationships and seeing each other grow?

Improve Your Relationships is both a membership community and an 8-week interactive program, offering weekly discussion topics, suggested activities, and specific learning resources.

The community is about creating conversations with others, encouraging personal empowerment, and offering strengths-based affirmations. We are a supportive learning community - not therapy or group therapy, and not a substitute for therapy.

The success of our community is dependent on members who participate and engage in meaningful conversations. The community thrives when there is consistent interaction. We are seeking new members who frequently comment and actively respond to others. We welcome new members who want to get involved and share their experience.

Sincerely,
Alan Robarge

Introducing Project Rewire Challenge
Project Rewire is about rewiring our brain’s relationship template. It’s about seeking experiences that deliver positive connections. It’s about curiosity, gathering new data, and moving beyond our comfort zone.

Every month community members are invited to seek out a specific, relationally nourishing corrective experience that feeds the senses and activates the nervous system. Project Rewire is about increasing our opportunities to interact with others and experiment with new ways of relating.

The project is based on neuroplasticity, which means the brain is designed to change, grow, and rewire itself. This is good news. When we pursue corrective experiences, we increase the likelihood of overwriting old programming.

So how do we do this? We invite new people and activities into our life while mindfully monitoring the quality of our overall emotional experience. It’s about turning any activity into a contemplative practice of relating.

This approach is pro-active and action-focused. It’s about choosing adventure, creativity, and play. It’s about consciously making ourselves open and available to more frequent, nourishing interactions with others. Community members are encouraged to share insights and observations about their specific, monthly relationship field trip.
